Problem

The user attempts to install the Avantalytics mobile app to their Android device and either does not see the app or is told  the app is incompatible.

Possible Fix 1:

Go to your settings > Apps.  Find "downloads" and then data.  Make sure  Restrict background data is not turned on.
Do the same for "google play services"
The next step would be to clear the cache for both apps.

Possible Fix 2:

Clear Play Store Go to Settings > Apps Manager > [ select Play Store app] > Clear Data / Uninstall updates)

    1. On your Android phone or tablet, open your Settings app Settings app.
    2. Tap Apps & notifications.
    3. Tap Download Manager. If you don't see it, tap See all apps or App info.
    4. Open Google Play Services.
    5. Tap Storage and then Clear cache.
    6. Tap Clear storage and then Clear all data and then OK.
    7. Open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
    8. Wait for 5 minutes, then try your download again.
    1. Make sure you’re connected to a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
    2. On your Android phone or tablet, open your Settings app Settings app.
    3. Tap Apps & notifications.
    4. Tap Google Play Store Google Play. If you don't see it, tap See all apps or App info.
    5. At the top of the screen, tap More Moreand then Uninstall updates.
    6. If you’re asked if you want to change the Play Store app back to the factory version, tap OK.
    7. Open the Google Play Store, then try your download again.
