The user attempts to install the Avantalytics mobile app to their Android device and either does not see the app or is told the app is incompatible.
Possible Fix 1:
Go to your settings > Apps. Find "downloads" and then data. Make sure Restrict background data is not turned on.
Do the same for "google play services"
